Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - Principles & Concepts to Navigate Difficult Times for Better Outcomes & Success
The Chamber is proud to present Ruben Minor & Eric Pennington as our April 9th, 2021 speaker for the 1st Friday - Building Business over Breakfast series.
In the business arena, managers and leaders readily recognize the value of training to develop leadership skills. What you may not realize is that those skills are far more effective when you pay attention not only to performance but also to people. Emotional Intelligence is a crucial skill because people drive performance, and emotions drive people.
During this event, the EQ principles will provide insight into a new way to understand and assess people's behavior, management styles, attitudes, interpersonal skills, and potential. It is an essential consideration in human resources planning to help with job profiling, recruitment interviewing, management development, customer relations and customer service.
Join us as we explore EQ in more detail and learn information that can help you personally and in your business!
