Planning & preparing to be healthy now and in the future for your physical and financial health!
Want to eat healthier? Plan ahead for your health! Join registered Dietitian Laura Poland from Dietitian In Your Kitchen and learn some tips and tricks for meal planning. Laura will also demonstrate "Mis En Place" to increase your comfort in your kitchen.
Want to be financially well? Learn more about the basics of becoming financially healthy with Andy Panyik from Money Concepts Sunbury. No matter where you start, learn to manage and grow what you have, while living life your way. Andy has a masters degree in Financial Services and has been helping people for over two decades.
Each speaker will present for 30 minutes and there will be plenty of time to ask questions. There will be a brief break between speakers and light refreshments will be provided.
